We provide community regeneration services to Housing Associations, charities, voluntary sector organisations and social enterprises across the west of Scotland. In doing so, we work alongside core staff or management committee to maximise the resources available for the benefit of the communities they support.

Project Examples

CLS have worked with Spire View for 10 years while they have been extremely active in providing a range of new activities, facilities and services for the tenants and residents of Royston, Glasgow.

Parklea was established in 1997 to help local individuals with support needs in Inverclyde to fulfil their potential. Port Glasgow based PBO promotes development and wellbeing of clients (primarily people with learning disabilities) through access to therapeutic gardening and training.

South Islay Development (SID), established in 2012 provides development opportunities and services for the residents of South Islay and beyond.

Clydebank Housing Association is a social housing provider, operating in Clydebank for nearly 40 years with over 1,200 homes and 32 staff. Community Links Scotland has worked with the Association for the last 22 years successfully accessing funding and support for a variety of projects.

Rosemount Development Trust are a not-for-profit charity which also supports other organisations to benefit and empower people in Royston, Glasgow. Their subsidiary company Roystonhill Spire & Park Ltd was formed to preserve and maintain an important local landmark.

Across Inverclyde, we work with the local community-based Housing Association’s, primarily Oak Tree Housing Association, Cloch Housing Association and Larkfield Housing Association. Across Inverclyde, these Housing Associations support over 3,750 homes with the majority of stock being located within Port Glasgow and Inverclyde.

We were set up by a group of West Dunbartonshire Housing Association in 2002 and we continue to work with many of them to this date. We still have strong working relationships with Dunbritton Housing Association, Dalmuir Park Housing Association, Trafalgar Housing Association, Clydebank Housing Association and Knowes Housing Association.
