Luing Options Study

A lovely but no longer fit for purpose, traditional, one and a half storey cottage on the remote island of Luing, was the subject of a CLS Options Study commissioned by West Highland Housing Association (WHHA). WHHA wanted to dispose of it in line with their charitable objectives and if possible, to the wider benefit of the Luing community. We held a very well attended island Drop In event, liaised closely with the Community Council and spoke to other potential stakeholders. Our Options Study was well received and two of the Options presented are now being looked at in more detail.
