Cordale Employment Training Feasibility

CLS were commissioned by Cordale Housing Association to carry out a feasibility study examining the potential for adding value to the estate caretaker services through the provision of training and further employment opportunities without detrimental effect to, and preferable enhancing, the quality of the current service. As part of the feasibility study we examined options for the delivery of an enhanced Estate Caretaker Service in partnership with Bellsmyre and Dunbritton Housing Associations, with whom discussions were held.

CLS outlined a number of delivery models for this service within the plan, detailing costs, key performance indicators, training and qualifications, timescales, case studies, and potential funders. This report has been presented to CHA for them to make a decision on taking this initiative forward, based on the comprehensive options analysis carried out by CLS.
