Community Links Scotland has carried out a number of business plans and feasibility studies across Scotland with the majority focusing around the acquisition, development and running of local community assets such as community centres, village halls and community woodlands.

(2014 - present)

CLS prepared a business plan for Spire View Housing Association, working in close liaison with MSAT Architects, to support the creation of a new, flexible community-based centre.

(2013 – present)

CLS were appointed by Forgewood Housing Co-operative to carry out community consultation and develop a business plan for the community acquisition and development of the existing community centre.

(November 2012 – March 2016 )

CLS were appointed by Cadder Housing Association to prepare a business plan, working alongside Cooper Cromer Architects commissioned to prepare the feasibility study, for a new Community Centre for Cadder.
