STAFF
The Streetlinks staff team is composed of full and part-time staff, together with a large number of sessional detached outreach staff.
SHARON MATHER (Project Manager)
Sharon has a BA (Hons) Degree in Criminal Justice. She began her youth work and social work career in 1990 and has worked in the public, private and third sector throughout this time. Starting as a young person trained as a youth worker, then moved into social work securing posts in public research, criminal justice, addictions, homelessness and violence against women and childhood sexual abuse projects. Sharon joined Community Links Scotland as the Streetlinks Project Manager in April 2006 and is responsible for youth work development and management across all active CLS locations.
JANETTE DEVLIN (Senior Detached Youth Worker)
Janette has a degree in Community Learning & Development and joined Streetlinks as a Senior Detached Youth Worker in 2008. She has worked within the voluntary and private sector for 14 years and has worked with community groups of adults & young people in a variety of roles that includes youth work, community regeneration, employability, community engagement and training.
AMANDA SAVAGE (Senior Detached Youth Worker)
Having a varied experience in the public and voluntary sectors, Mandy originally worked in employability moving into voluntary sector services through working with Alzheimer’s Scotland which lasted for 15 years. Joining Streetlinks in 2005 whilst studying her MA(hons) degree in Social Policy & Psychology at Glasgow University Mandy is passionate about Streetlinks work with young people. Mandy is the Senior Youth Worker responsible for West Dunbartonshire and Argyll & Bute and has a keen interest in current research and issues affecting young people.

Our staff will always wear a yellow T-shirt with the Streetlinks logo and carry a photo ID card and the duty mobile phone.
