Taste of the Future

Oban (Argyll College)

All include STEPS to confidence classes and sessions based in real-life environment. Choose from these subjects:

  • childcare (child protection, child development, play and work in early education)
  • catering (introduction to kitchen organisation and management, food hygiene, menu and budget planning, customer care and hospitality)
  • hairdressing (basic skills and techniques, colouring and conditioning, styling, customer care)
  • horticulture (introduction to plant production, soft landscaping, estate management skills)

 

All above courses are informal, in a social and supportive environment running for 10 weeks.
